An Intelligent Fuzzy Inference Model for Customer Requirements Management

چکیده

Being able to capture, understand and respond to the needs and wants of the customers is essential to the survival and prosperity of an organisation. Some of the well known contemporary techniques and methodologies for analysing and processing the customer attributes and projecting the relevant product specifications. This paper begins with an overview of the essential roles, the changing emphasis and the dynamic characteristics of the contemporary customer demand with a view to promoting a better understanding on the fundamental nature and variability of customer attributes. An intelligent model amalgamating a variety of well proven tools and techniques is proposed for determining the targets for product specifications in response to given customer requirements.
